Okay, various things to address today.

First off, the Risou chapter is finally done. Man, what a horror. Like I said, it’s quite the boring chapter with lots of technical stuff. You guys will read it on like 20min, but try to remember that I struggled for it way longer…
Chapter 03 is nearly twice as long, but at least we’re going straight into the plot now.

That brings us to matter two: I will next finish up the prologue of Shinmai Vol 2 and finally be done with the project. The PV for the coming anime didn’t look all that appealing-.-

Next is TsukiTsuki. Still no news about Vol 13, but remember how I asked for help before to proofread the previous volumes? Well, I had gotten the help of two proofreaders, but things just went wrong in my real life and I wasn’t really able to commit to checking these proofreads. Now I lost all motivation for it, so I’m abandoning the idea. I’ve added the proofreads I already got.

The last matter concerns all projects. I updated the FAQ and you can now make and spread PDFs of my projects, I just dun care anymore. Seeing as impatient leecher can even enjoy butchered google translation, my unchecked scripts are hardly worth mentioning.

Last but not least, I came across yet another interesting web novel. I might tease it in the future. But first comes Shinmai, then some more Isekai Mahou.

Enjoy~

  1. Thank you very much for the chapter, this is one of my favorite novels i’m reading at the moment, looking forwards to future releases as and when they come 🙂

  2. Thanks for Risou.
I think that most probably Shinmai’s anime will end ike Hagure Yuusha’s one, mostly highlighting the fanservice over the plot (the novels DO have a lot of fanservice, but still keeps the plot going). Also, thanks for your work until now on that series, and also on Tsuki Tsuki (and on all those manga chapters by several groups, including that one you had ages ago).

  3. This guy is so fucking annoying. Just live without electricity man. If you say you’re going to live in a medieval fantasy setting don’t try to take electronics with you.

The best choice would have been books on metalwork and science if he wanted electricity so bad. Bring some knowledge to them to reproduce it.

Why do I get this mad over a fictional character?

    1. i get the idea.

But i guess it would be pretty hard to create a generator from scratch right? and he doesn’t have the expertise in it. Mankind took thousands of years before they invented the 1st generator. With manuals and books, alone, he can probably create a device that would provide electricity for at least, let say, 5 years of continuous trial and error experiments and would probably work for a much shorter time than the hydro powered generator. think about it. He doesn’t want to live in a medieval fantasy setting, he is just there for the girl remember?

    2. he could always go solar power the ones that are designed for the Mongolian tribal nombads. I know that at my school for the senior design project like 4 years ago they built a solar powered generator that was made to be easy to replicate and easy to repair. The solar powered generator cost like 4,000 dollars to build not including of course things like shipping, and replacement tools.

      1. If you read carefully, you would notice that he considered that, but abandoned the idea, since he wants electricity at night for light. And batteries are too short-lived.

    3. Actually: If you believe that it is hard to recreate our level of technology you have no idea of history.

The argument that it took thousands of years to get where we are now shows that there are really some real barbarians in our day and age 😀

A generator is the simplest of all things to build, you could to it with in a medieval world without problems by knowing the theory.

Our predecessors problem was their culture of non-education and religious believe which led to a complete standstill in advancement for thousands of years.

200 years ago someone declares that everyone has to go to school and bam – we are where we are now.
Imagine what would have happened if someone forced all the idiots to visit school 2000 years ago?

    4. What I meant was that the time it took for mankind from sticks and stones into electricity took about a thousand years, I am not arguing about having education or what not. Yes, like I said it is possible but it will took too much time and effort to do so.. If he would only bring books and manuals about generator making without bringing the materials needed for it.. It will take a genius to do so. It is easy in our world to Recreate, is because everything is already given, the tools are already pre-made, and the knowledge is already there.

    5. And that’s the trick, he doens’t need materials, you just need the knowledge. Give me a medieval smithery and i build you a generator.
Actually i have done that already in school rofl.

magnets, wires, coal and a few wooden sticks is all you need, its called a dynamo and you can find them on most old bikes.

It’s like taking a cooking book and following a recipe with 30steps. Every idiot should be able to do it with a book about the theory.

If not, well …. maybe you should try to have someone check your brain.

    6. Okay, i did’nt know that. I’m sorry if you think I insulted you, even if I think I didn’t, so why the rough words?

I admit that your right, and I hope you stop being aggressive and call someone you did’nt even know a barbarian.

So can that “dynamo” provide more electricity than the hydro powered generator? Can it run for at least a few years more than the hydro generator?

I’m just asking, cause I’m a bit of an “idiot” in that aspect. Peace man. I mean you no harm. And please enlighten me in that area.

      Thanks, low level.

    7. Yes it can, it’s just a question of size and turning speed. And it doesn’t matter if it works 1,2 or 10 years, because you can build it yourself.

And a hydroplant is nothing more than the next version of a dynamo, same principle.
It’s always a spool on a magnet thats turning very fast inside a magnetic field. Every electric motor works like that. It’s the first invention, you have to make on your path to every other electric device.

One book and the determination to read it is enough.

      Regarding the novel:
I wouldn’t say anything if he goes to the other world and has to start with stones and sticks!

But it’s a medieval world and he is the fucking husband of the queen. They should have access to metals, natural magnets(if not then create one, thats no issue either with the knowledge).
He just needs to tell a blacksmith what to do and it’s done.

Wind the wire around a existing carriage-wheel, put the magnets there, there and there and its done.

    8. Now I know. Thanks. Asca, it’s a pretty useful knowledge to learn, maybe I’ll read that book your talking about and create my own fuckn generator, the electric bill here in a third world country is just too expensive.

      🙂

Yup, he’s too lucky to be married to a hot queen. I can’ t wait to read the next chapter.
Take your time translator. I could wait eons for this..

    9. Etc me tell you guys they can’t even make glass window let alone wires it’s not easy to make wires specially in medieval times the ability of Smithers can’t produce the materials if they try they will only able to make metals with impurity that will only bring disasters.

    10. Oh yeah even with books do you think they can read that different world that means different language and different writing even if he himself explains them it will take a few more years plus the country just got out of a war so the economy is still not stabilize I would go with the MC plan to wait for the economy to estabilize before presenting ideas this goes to show you guys are not reading this novel very well yes you can make a dynamo but the materials already exist but he has to start from scrap and remember the economy is still stabilizing

    11. -The Haya people of East Africa invented a type of furnace they used to make carbon steel at 1,802 °C (3,276 °F) nearly 2,000 years ago.
-Steel was created 650 B.C. (Before Christi) in Sparta in large Quantities.
-Steel was created 400 B.C. (Before Christi) in China.

-If you can make steel, you can clean every metal of impurities too. Your melting process is by far hot enough!

-The Egypt created wires 400 years B.C.
-Year 500 : Wire gets produced in large quantities for the so called chain-mail armor

And why should it take years to explain to a blacksmith from the middle ages what he should do to create wire, or clean his metal from imurities.

Again: The middle ages have everything to jump directly to modern technology! Their only problem was their culture of cultivated idiotism. -being forbidden to learn and open new paths.
It was much more fun to burn some witches! Something that gets fashionable nowadays again by the way.

Please read a book about history and technology. Enlarge your horizon! It doesn’t hurt, i promise!

    12. Sigh…. It’s not teaching people through textbook knowledge you need to have experience to be able to teach them plus it needs trial and error and a lot of money which you are forgetting that they just got out of a war and need to stabilize the economy first and if they suddenly have advance metal working that would invite other nation a reason to start a war on the pretext of them using the metal to create weapons and armor plus he will provide them some knowledge and techniques in the future that I will not state here.

PS. If you don’t like the way the story if going then make your own instead of complaining this is the idea of the author and your bashing it then just find another novel to read

    13. Oh about reading a book about I don’t need you to tell me that I actually love history so there

    14. Oh please reread this part from the novel to get a better understanding of the story Aura had told him that the country just made it through a long war and
      was still recovering.
Would she allow him, a mere stallion by the name of Prince Consort , to
waste such a large fortune and manpower during such a time?
At any rate , it would be impossible any time soon . But ten years later ,
when the country stabilized , a certain degree of selfishness might be
allowed . Or so he thought .

PS. He actually save some pages of some websites on his computer we cannot tell what are they they could be techniques and knowledge for building but as I stated it’s not the right time we are still only on the 4rth chapter we don’t know what will happen yet (well I kinda know cause I read ahead) but anyway were not even half finish withe the first volume and your already complaining about the story at least wait and just continue reading instead of complaining.

    15. I would agree with Asca, after researching (google) I found out that what he told us is true, and that he has a point.

Making a generator in a medieval setting is possible.

Hell satan is right in saying that it would be too expensive for a kingdom who was just ravaged by war to provide enough metal to create the “dynamo”, large enough to be able to support his gadgets and appliances considering he brought an AC.

I thoroughly read and understand every book I come across. I am an open minded person and I can see that this argument can only lead to one thing, a pointless conflict,

Let’s just stop here and wait for the next chapter to come out.

Ps. Asca and hell satan, you both are right, no point in arguing. Every side has a point.

    16. I just hate it when people start to compplain without properly reading about the story he actualy stated that he plans to have Aura build things in the future ince the economy stabilize he was complaing about the generator lasting only three years since he plan to live in laxury until he could get use to it and have aura build the things he need plus with all the work he got to do before he could leave his company plus the things he has to buy is kinda stressful unless you are familiar with electric stuff build an electric generator during mediaval times won’t easily enter a persons mind for Lowlevl you didn’t even know about making a dynamo untill someone told you so how the heck can the MC know about that unless someone actually stated it honestly people are actually complaining that the MC and author is stupid just to make themselves look smart they should make their own story

  4. Screw those who don’t appreciate. As always, thank you for your work! I at least appreciate it and I’m sure many others do too!

  5. I found a web novel similar to this one but the guy won a 4 billion yen in the lottery and ended up in a different world but he can travel back and fort and he uses the money to improved the live of the people in the other world verry interesting plus I understand your pain in this one plus the next chapter is also long

    1. Can you give me a link or the name of that novel? It sounds interesting.

PS. Thanks for the chapter PROzess. XD

    2. Same here if it’s not too much trouble please, once you’ve finished work

    3. I would like to inform you guys that there is no one translating so I’m gonna post a link with google translate and one without google translate ones I get home and start using my computer since I’m commenting using my phone E71 symbian S60 and it suck when it comes to web browsing

    4. waiting for the link hell satan the web novel you mentioned sound interesting

    5. I don’t know about you guys but I have already provided the link but it was deleted if didn’t get it not my problem

  6. OMG
    I LOVE YOU FOR RISOU

    THANK YOU SOOO MUCH
I WAS REAAAAALLY waiting for this

  7. Ok, after reading risou I wanna yell at the MC like there is no tomorrow…
He had the chance to do something great for his future wife and his future people by bringing them the worlds greatest treasure, knowledge, but he decides to bring stuff for his own conceinience!?! Friggin egoistical, stupid, hedonistic, inane, useless, dumb moron!
Never the less, thanks for the translation, I truly look forward to the next Isekai Mahou-Chapter, the MC in that one is much easier on my temper *still smoldering in rage at the useless king* (could one call him hetarou, combining hetare for useless and ou for king?)

    1. I’m having second thought if I should tell you about his contribution to the other world because it will become spoiler so I’ll reprain from telling anything cause I don’t want to spoil you

    2. He is bringing his own brain, which learned, at least i hope some knowledge from his education.

neither did it say that he didn’t bring any knowledge right? though it was also not mentioned.

he did bring electricity and some gadgets that could be copied and recreated, given some time, in the other world.

and he could always go back 30 years later, given that he would still be alive, and decide to bring tons of educational and technical books.

he may be selfish thinking for his own convenience, but who doesn’t?

no need to insult the mc, which i think also insults the author and the translator, who exerted and spent his time and effort bringing us this nice LN.

      peace

    3. He brought his Computer and lots of videos right? it can be considered knowledge.

he may have tons of ebooks and educational videos. who knows? there are still a lot of chapters left.

  8. Thank you for the new chapter of Risou. As of now it’s my favourite light novel , so this update is much appreciated.

  9. thanks for the translations. i have a req for the other readers. can anyone post the link of the page where word master will be posted from now on.

    1. The author is not perfect.

It is given that the author cannot think of everything. Lol 😀

Still its a nice LN. 😀 thanks for translating this.

  10. Thanks for the update. Just a question, on the pic, is that a ref?why bring ref? If its me, ill bring lots of medicine and insect repellant.

    1. if by ref you mean refrigerator then he needs it because he wants to drink cold water.

      but its not you.

  11. yay! thankyou verymuch 4 the translation!!
oh, ur FAQ is Very Aweesome!
its no bad at all to forbid them makin leeches but since u dont care anymore, i dun care also! yaaay

  12. Thank you! Looking forward to the next chapter of Risou, having them see all that modern day tech should be amusing 😀

  13. Seeing as prozess gave his approval as such if anyone has proper pdfs for tsuki-tsuki and shinanai can they share it here. please…

  14. I honestly find what the mc brought over to be fairly stupid if what most people would do. I would have bought information and tried to use magic to create something while I was there. Give me something to do.

  15. Oh please reread this part from the novel to get a better understanding of the story Aura had told him that the country just made it through a long war and

  16. have you stopped translating word master? just curious, because I think its pretty good.

    1. It is being done weekly(probably) at yoraikun.wordpress.com. Give it a visit. The following two chapters have been done there.

  17. I appreciate the amount of energy and time you must lose to your translation efforts and I would like to express my sincere thanksgivings to you for doing so, especially those efforts directed toward Risou.

On a side note, I jumped off a bridge but it wasn’t very high off the water nor was the water very deep, so I ended up with wet shoes and socks. What should I do now if I have a question not addressed by the FAQ?
[I wrote the last part with a smile on my face in jest, so no flaming please]

    -Patiently
